that if you have "clicked" onto this page, you are searching for a church home to provide spiritual support. A few years ago I realized that my own life and spiritual needs were changing. Friends suggested I visit Desert Hills Lutheran Church to "try it out." What I found was just what I needed: a spiritual base with weekly challenges for me to grow as a Christian. Pastor Overson's sermons are based on a careful study of scripture illustrated with his own life experiences and application of Jesus' teaching.

Diversity is... what we are about. We offer four types of worship services that appeal to people of many different Protestant denominations. In fact, almost 50% of our membership is composed of people who were not originally Lutheran.

Variety spices up our lives here... as a wide variety of activities, study groups, fellowship activities, and service projects are offered. You can choose to become involved in the area of your choice. The warm, caring nature of our congregation is evident as soon as people enter the door.
