- Who or what helps you be still?
- Can you think of an example in your life when you were experiencing a storm, literally or figuratively, and you were able to have peace, to be quiet? What enabled you to do that? Was it scripture, was it a prayer, was it a walk, a favorite hymn?
- Have you ever been the bearer of those words to someone who was in stormy weather and were able to say to them, were able pray with them, “Peace! Be Still!” (Mark 4:39)?
