This weekend we celebrate Holy Trinity. This is the one weekend where our whole focus is on the great mystery of God. This mystery is beyond our understanding yet, is worthy of our praise. We live in a time where the idea of mystery is often lost. If we only have enough time, enough technology, we can figure it all out. Yet, if you also look at culture, there is a deep hunger for the mysterious and world beyond our understanding. This weekend we celebrate the greatest mystery; one God yet three, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We celebrate a love revealed to us in the Son, who shows us what the Father is like. We celebrate the unity of God and the invitation to join into that unity through the working of the Holy Spirit in our lives.
