"Pastor Craig and Suzanne thank everyone who came today to celebrate
the beginning of this new adventure at Desert Hills Lutheran Church.
Special thanks to our family, to Bishop Hutterer, members of the synod staff,
and the fellow clergy that are present today in person or in Spirit, the Call Committee
and the Congregational Council members who worked through the call process,
the staff of Desert Hills as each one shares the passion and the talents
which God has entrusted to them, and all the people that God has called together
in this worshiping community of Desert Hills Lutheran Church.
Thank you for the enthusiastic reception that we have received.
We look forward to doing ministry together as we continue this journey of faith."
